Start by picking a Welcome Video from Miss Leah for Grades 1-4
or Miss Renee for littles-Kindergartners or watch both!
Worship Together
Share in some faith practices of worship together!
Shine a Light: Light a candle or find a flashlight. Take turns saying, “Jesus shows the way.”
Sing Together:
Littles – “Give A Little Love Away”
Grades 1-4 – “This Little Light of Mine”
Make an Offering: How will you make an offering today?
Read the Bible Together
Read this week’s God’s Great Story in the children’s Bible for you child’s age.

Talk About It!
Have fun asking question for all your family members!
Who are leaders in your community? How do you know they are leaders? How do they help?
A centurion was a powerful and important officer in the Roman military. A centurion had authority. A centurion would be in charge of a lot of soldiers. Can you guess how many? 100. Would such a powerful person trust Jesus? Who is in charge of you? Why?
Do leaders ever need help? Are there ways you can help your leaders?
Dig Deeper: The centurion trusted and put his faith in Jesus. Name some other things that people often trust. What are some things that people should not trust? When you see advertisements on the web/TV/magazines/billboards, do you trust them? Why or why not?
Family Activity Choices
Pick activities to do together! Supplies are provided in our Monthly At-Home Kits you picked up at our drive thru events or ask to have delivered to your home.
Activity 1: Make Valentines with the message “Jesus cares for you.” Use the materials in your Faith Formation kit or in your home to create Valentines to share throughout the week. Include the message “Jesus cares for you” somewhere on your Valentine. Consider making one for a community leader to say thank you and let them know they are loved.
Activity 2: Play a trust game Take turns blindfolding and leading. The leader must safely guide the blindfolded family member from one chosen place to another.

Pray Together
“Dear Lord, you are loving and merciful. Please help us accept your love with trust and faith. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.”
Bless Each Other
At the end of your time, give each other a special blessing to remember one of God’s promises.
Kindly hold each other’s hands and say “When you help me you show me God’s love!”
