Dan is an organizational and Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) coach. He worked with Nativity on the IDI in 2023. This year he’ll collaborate with our community as a REJM and IDI coach as we seek to grow in intercultural competency and awareness as part of our commitment to love God and love neighbor.
Dan is the former Director of Learning and Equitable Social Change for Nativity’s former community partner, the Center for Leadership and Neighborhood Engagement (CLNE). He brings years of organizational learning, innovation skills, and leadership development to his service in the church and community. Dan and his wife live in Minneapolis and enjoy being parents to two adult sons and two little grandkids.
