June 30 | Minneapolis Pride Parade
All are welcome to walk in the Minneapolis Pride Parade with Nativity and other local RIC congregations as well as open and affirming Methodist churches. Feel free to wear inclusive clothing and/or bring inclusive signs to carry. Don’t forget sunscreen and a water bottle, too!
The parade begins at 11:00 am on Sunday from the Minneapolis Central Library at 3rd Street and Hennepin Avenue. We’ll share an exact meeting location when we receive that from organizers. Because parking downtown will be full by 10:30 am, we suggest carpooling as much as possible and parking on a bus line, since MTC routes go by Loring Park. There will also be several bike-rickshaw drivers who can take you to your car from the park.
