Our mission at Nativity is Jesus’ greatest commandment for his followers: Love God and Love Neighbor. We appreciate the many ways you, our community, express your Love for God and Neighbor in and beyond Nativity every day.
This diversity of expression—what it means, looks like, and feels like to Love God and Love Neighbor—is what makes our community spiritually rich and allows us all to thrive!
To celebrate this diversity of service callings, we’re asking all in our Nativity community to please take 5 minutes to let us know how you choose to Love God and Love Neighbor! We’ll then print a custom t-shirt for you showing some of your chosen expressions of sharing Christ’s love in the world.
On “God’s Work. Our Hands.” Weekend (Sept. 7-8), we’ll host a special blessing of the congregation during worship. It’s a time when we celebrate the work of Loving God and Loving Neighbor and the impact we make individually and together. We encourage you to wear your t-shirts on “God’s Work. Our Hands” Weekend as a fun opportunity to get to know each other more intimately with your chosen expressions of Loving God and Loving Neighbor to break the ice!
Anyone who fills out the form by August 22 will have their t-shirt available for “God’s Work. Our Hands.” Weekend. Please know you’re welcome to fill out the form after that date to receive your t-shirt at a later time.
